Pilger is a village in Stanton County, Nebraska, United States. It is part of the Norfolk, Nebraska Micropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 378 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.78 km2), all land.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 378 people, 164 households, and 106 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,244.9 people per square mile (486.5/km²). There were 183 housing units at an average density of 602.7 per square mile (235.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 97.62% White, 0.53% Native American, 0.79% from other races, and 1.06% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.85% of the population.
There were 164 households out of which 29.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.8% were married couples living together, 7.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.8% were non-families. 30.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.30 and the average family size was 2.87.
In the village the population was spread out with 24.9% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 25.9% from 25 to 44, 23.3% from 45 to 64, and 19.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
